Ceramic Particle Cooling Spiral Vertical Elevator Horizontal Inclined Screw Conveyor consists of three types: head section, middle section, and tail section. The spiral surfaces come in two forms: solid spiral (S type) and ribbon spiral (D type). The spiral shafts are connected via splines, ensuring interchangeability for easy maintenance. One type of intermediate bearing housing uses PM material, offering extremely high self-lubrication and wear resistance. The intermediate shafts and sleeves are made of ultra-wear-resistant materials, providing a longer service life. Another type uses oil-impregnated bearings made by powder metallurgy die-casting, suitable for high-temperature applications.The screw conveyor is available in seven diameters: 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, and 600 mm. It can convey materials with temperatures below +200°C at an inclination angle of less than 20° in an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +50°C.
